Amla's Juice Recipe and Benefits



Amla is considered a powerful fruit for the brain. It nourishes the mind, improves memory power and enhances intelligence. Drinking Amla juice twice a day can do wonders to your body. It is better to drink it before food.

Amla contains good amount of Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Carotene, Vitamin B Complex, Protein, Carbohydrates, Cholesterol and Sodium, making it good for health.

   Amla Juice Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 10 medium amla
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom
  •  Water as required
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  •  Ice cubes as required
Method 

Grate or finely chop the Amla and discard the seeds. Then blend it with water till it turns into a fine paste and strain it well. Add sugar, honey, cardamom, and salt to this mix and blend it again. Pour the blended juice into a glass and serve with ice-cubes.
